Due to items being customized, we do not accept returns or Cancellations. Exception is if you cancel within 24 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 2 days of your packages delivery to be eligible for a replacement. If eligible for a replacement, original product must be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on ready to ship, sale items or gift cards.
