Shipping policy

Processing times vary on product and order size. Shipping speed is not included in processing time. All times are based on business days this excludes weekends and holidays. Ready to ship items ship within 3 business days. 

 

Once a package leaves our hands, we cannot control USPS. We will do everything we can to ensure packages are scanned and located if issues arise. Unfortunately with human error it does happen but we will do everything within out control to correct any issues that arise. Claims and missing mail inquiries take time, so please allow up to 14 days for updates.
